ProteaImmun GmbH was founded in September 2009. Our team has a large experience on producing high quality recombinant proteins, antibodies and assays that enabled the establishment of our core competence in protein expression right from the start.

Our cooperation with UP-Transfer is a big step for the development of diagnostic detection kit for HtrAs-proteins. It started in 2010 and is going to take two years. The implementation of a quality management system (ISO 9001 & 13485)  will enable our products to be used also in the diagnostic. It started at the end of 2010 and is going to be implemented in the end of 2011.

In December 2010 we started a two years cooperation with the University Potsdam with the Group of Ms. Dr. K. Heilmann for the development of ADAMTS related products. The goal is the development of a multiparametric assay for the analysis of the expression level and activity of different proteases such as ADAMTS and/or HtrAs and/or MMPs.
